To add funds to your Prime account, follow the steps below:
Via Bank Transfer
1. From the buttons at the bottom part of the app, select and click ACCOUNT.
2. Select DEPOSIT CASH TO BALANCE.
3. Enter the amount that you want to deposit.
4. Select BANK TRANSFER. You can transfer directly to ATRAM’s Standard Chartered Bank.
5. Click SHOW DETAILS to copy the bank account details that you’ll be needing for the transfer.
6. Click CONFIRM DEPOSIT INSTRUCTION and settle your initial investment via bank transfer. Please take note that you will need to transact the actual transfer from your Bank to ATRAM’s Standard Chartered account.
Via Online Transfer
1. From the buttons at the bottom part of the app, select and click ACCOUNT.
2. Select DEPOSIT CASH TO BALANCE.
3. Enter the amount that you want to deposit.
4. Select ONLINE BILLS PAYMENT, you can settle your cash deposit via the bills payments facility in BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.
5. Choose the Bank and click SHOW DETAILS to copy the details that you’ll be providing for the bills payment transaction.
6. Click CONFIRM DEPOSIT INSTRUCTION and settle your cash deposit via online bills payment.
Please take note of the following:
- Your bank account should be enrolled in the Bills Payment Facility in any of the banks.
- The actual transfer should be transacted from the bank’s online facility.
