Your deposit to cash balance will reflect on your account within 1 to 2 banking days after the transaction date.

If the fund still does not show up after the 1 to 2 banking days after the standard processing time, please send the following details to our customer support:

2. Amount of cash-in
3. Cash-in Method
4. Transaction Reference Number
